Need Help For Workout PLAN! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ™
So I have been doing the same push pull leg, shit and it's honestly getting kind of boring, and tiring, I still want to do push pull legs, but this time I want to maximise HYPERTROPHY.
I want a full bodybuilder workout plan, with no cardio, and no abs.
I want it to be push pull legs, and no supersets.
if you could help me with this, I would appreciate.
