CROSSFIT CREDENTIAL
On April 7th I’ll take the CrossFit L3 exam. This journey has reminded me that coaching is a constant process of learning, observing, and improving. The L3 isn’t just about passing a test—it’s about becoming a better coach for the people who trust you every day in the gym. To any coach thinking about starting this path: Study the methodology, go back to the L1 and L2 manuals, but most importantly coach as much as you can. Watch your athletes, learn from their movement, their struggles, and their progress. Every class is a lesson. The goal isn’t just to earn another credential. The goal is to raise the standard of your coaching and create a better experience for every athlete you work with. Keep learning. Keep coaching. Keep improving. April 7th, let’s go. 💪
