Not too many people enjoy a Monday Morning. Whether they lack drive, motivation, confidence, had a big weekend, “ the list goes on”.
Though what if we could flip the script on this one.
And work on what in particular we can achieve within this week. Break it down to daily wins. Remember, they don’t have to be big wins.
Monday: I aim to get my workout done, gratitude practice & do something kind for 1 stranger out there. Small but super achievable & better yet, if I can create more larger wins, then my day is going to finish with even more enlightening.
