The challenges are : Squats, Push-ups, Planks, Walking, Burpees and 7-minute HIIT challenge.
The challenges outlined here are the outline of where they are extended on, with the membership.
The extensions will be for the challenges themselves, journals and workbooks to download and more information on the core challenges.
