UPDATE
Hi Everyone, I’ve decided to cut the livestream calls from once a week down to once a month. My goal with this is to create better presentations and schedule them at a time where more people will be able to attend. I was also finding it easier if people just messaged me to answer specific questions or posted them in here rather than block off a time to answer live every single week. Most weeks I was in there solo anyways! Please answer the poll with what day of the week is most free for you so we can choose a day to schedule our monthly call.

WELCOME TO SKOOL WITH AQUARIUM ARTS
First off, I want to personally say thank you for joining this group!! If you are reading this post, it means you have done 1 of 2 things or both. You've either spent hard earned money with Aquarium Arts, or you've spent your invaluable time watching videos that we have put out! So, what I want everyone to do is post an introduction in the Introductions/Wins Tab. Here's a good template: 1. How long you've been keeping aquariums. 2. What current setups you have. 3. All-time favorite fish/aquarium creature. 4. Biggest struggle in your tank right now. 5. Biggest win in your aquarium journey so far. 6. Any pictures of your tank you want to share. And then moving forward post all your wins in this tab. Once a day, 5 times a day. We don't care we just want people connecting over their hobby in this group. What this group is for (and not for) This Insider Club exists to: - Get you early notice on new fish, coral, and gear at Aquarium Arts - Help you fix problems and build better tanks - Share updates, events, and member-only promos from the shop To keep it useful (and not a spammy marketplace), this is NOT a buy/sell/trade group. - No posts selling your own gear, livestock, or services - No “DM me for prices,” affiliate links, or business promos You’re always welcome to: - Ask for help with your tank - Share photos and progress - Ask for product recommendations If you need to sell or rehome something, please use Marketplace / other groups. We keep this space focused on helping you enjoy your tanks and getting you the best we can from the shop. And last thing. Just be nice in here. Everyone is at different stages in their journey. Everyone has different education levels. No need to be rude, we're not going to tolerate it. We reserve the right to remove members at any time.
New Visio 120 gallon
Wanted to post this picture before the ugly phase starts. I have plenty of coral for this new build. I am looking forward to starting another reef keeping journey. Thanks Gavin and team for being available to answer questions and offer suggestions along the way.
New Visio 120 gallon
Be merciful, I’m new haha
The “ugly stage” - ride it out or do something to fix it? I don’t know what is the best practice and I have been finding conflicting info so I hoped that someone here could give me some advice.
Tank update Red Sea 350 in the shop
Forgot my phone charger at the shop. Ran back in with all the lights and was stunned by how beautiful this tank is when the shop is blacked out. I did a water change and clean on this tank today. Siphoned out a lot of waste. I get super caught up in marketing, data analytics, employee management etc. etc. etc. that I often forget what the core thing is that we do. Heavy blues, Orphek lens kit. iPhone 15
