Your Program??
Since a big part of this community is to focus on Strenth and Conditioning, I thought I'd see what you're all working on!
For me personally my main focus is Strength based power lifting with some O-lifts and Ballistic training to maintain (at least) some explosive/speed strength.
What are you working on, and what kind of program do you follow?
