First Rep Collective is a space for people who want to improve their health, fitness, and lifestyle in a way that’s sustainable, realistic, and grounded in good information - not hype or extremes.
The goal is to equip you with the information and resources you need to take your first steps at a commercial gym (think Anytime Fitness, Plus Fitness, etc). As the community grows l'll be creating more resources on optimising nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset, lifestyle, and more but for now let’s focus on doing your first rep! 😉
The First Rep
The objective here is simple: to create a workout program that you can get started with Day 1 of the gym and teach you basic nutrition - simple.
How to get started:
- Introduce yourself by writing about what your goals are, what setbacks or challenges you've had, and why you're motivated to change.
- Head to the classroom tab and open “The First Rep” page - this is your starting point where I’ll take you through step by step how to build your first workout program and the basics of nutrition.
- Use the community - this is a shared safe space to ask questions, share wins or struggles, and learn from other’s experiences. Post in the relevant category and remember there are no stupid questions!
A Final Note!
First Rep Collective is about building foundations. Not shortcuts.
