What You Qualify For vs What You Can Actually Afford
I just uploaded a lesson on how what you qualify for isn’t always what you should buy. Your lender might approve you for a certain amount, but that doesn’t mean that number fits your budget, lifestyle, or peace of mind.
Now it’s time to do the work 💪🏾
Assignment:
  1. Go through the budget Tracker included in the lesson plan.
2. Write down :
🏠 The max amount you qualify for
💰 The amount you can comfortably afford each month (after factoring in your real life — groceries, kids, fun, tithes, etc.)
3. Comment below 👇🏾 and share one thing that surprised you about the difference between the two.
Remember — buying a home isn’t about how much you can spend, it’s about how much you can live well with. ✨
