Learning the Skool Community Layout
Welcome to the Firefighter Career Community!
This is a big step toward your firefighter career success!
First, I want to walk you through the layout of our community and how to access all the areas and information.
The community is broken down in 7 areas. These areas are listed at the top of the page.
Community – This is where you are now. This is where you will spend a large portion of your time here. I suggest coming back here daily. You will find all the latest news and discussions related to the testing and hiring process. This is where we will build this community together. You will notice here a list of topics currently being discussed.
Classroom – This is the training platform. Here is where you will find specific trainings and supporting information related to Firefighter career growth.
Calendar – Here I will post any upcoming live events or new training releases.
Members – This is the list of all our members
Maps – this shows a general location of where we are all from.
Leadership – This tracks engagement

How to Get Started
- Introduce Yourself – Post in the introductions section and share where you’re from, your current position, and what goal you’re working toward.
- Join the Conversation – Ask questions, share your lessons learned, and help the next firefighter coming up behind you.
