Feb 7, 2021, during the beginning of COVID, I worked at the largest spa in Canada, boasting 40k square feet of european magical medicine, with 9 unique saunas, mud from Germany, massage rooms and an outdoor pool overlooking the mountains and lakes... and 3.5 million Swarovski crystals at Sparkling Hills Resort. I had a crystal rain session, which is our signature version of essential oil raindrop therapy...9 different oils used. As soon as I got started in her feet and the aroma of lavender filled the air, visuals of my new spirit guide started showing up in my head. Smiling I thought...ohhh...this is a first... Then the questions came, why? Flashes of the pyramids, flowers, Sarita, flowers, dark chocolate eyes. Flowers... Flowers.... As I rubbed the oils into this woman’s feet, I allowed myself to be pulled into the lavender’s energy. I don’t really remember a lot, just the energy, and at the end, her releases in her neck were significant. When she came out of the room, she locked eyes with me and said, “what’s your specialty?” Ack!! I stumbled over my words as I wanted to say “love...energy” but, who is this woman and she just called me out! She saw my struggle and said, I ask because you took me to an embryo... I was flying and saw angels ... So I’d like to know what you do outside of this place. GASP! “you’re onto me!” we both laughed. “Yes, I’m an osteopath and I can tell you’ve been doing this for a long time.” She stayed open so I told her my background and that my guides energy showed up in the room and I felt like we had gone to the pyramids of Teotihuacan. As we walked out of the area, she said she had set her intent for a reset and she was leaving this afternoon, “well, going back to being an embryo is a pretty decent reset, well done!” I replied. I thanked her for sharing as I don’t get a lot of feedback of people’s experiences at the spa. We shared a still moment and she went on her way. ** I see a don Miguel Ruiz video of him playing piano, as I clock out and start walking down the hill to my car. #timing

As I sat in the funeral hall, reconnecting with childhood friends and family from another lifetime, I was reminded of how precious life is, and you never know when the last time will be, that you will see them in physical form again. My mother's best friend since elementary school, I have known Sheila my entire life. One of the first adults I met after my parents. This woman was one of my greatest cheerleaders, the embodiment of divine feminine, preschool teacher and girl guide mentor for decades. As a shamanic practitioner, I understand she is right there and has already made connection with me in the other realm...but...witnessing her children suffer with the shock of her quick passing...it reminds me that not all humans life the way I do. Today my heart grieves for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. My tears may come...but today my heart is full of love and connection as she chatters away, full of joy. Thank you Sheila, for modelling what unconditional love and acceptance looks like ❤️‍🔥 Thank you for your honorable place now, in my spiritual care team 🌈

Lee McCormick gifted me the codes of flight. Seership. He initiated me in the pyramids of Teotihuacan Mexico and Peru.
