Before anyone gets scared off by the word "jazz", don't worry! The exercises are built around a simple chord progression:

Am7 → D7 → G6add9

The chords stay exactly the same throughout all ten exercises. What changes is the fingerpicking pattern. Each arpeggio introduces a new pattern and gradually becomes more challenging, making it a great way to improve fingerpicking accuracy, coordination and thumb independence.
