As a woman who grew up in an emotionally neglectful environment, I spent years feeling like a shell of a person—disconnected from myself, overwhelmed by my emotions, and lacking the tools to form healthy, meaningful relationships.
Through years of self-study, trial and error, and intentional inner work, I learned how to understand my emotional patterns, connect to my body, and create a grounded, stable relationship with myself. I don’t feel dissociated anymore—I feel present, clear, and in control of how I respond to my inner world.
