Finding Common Ground is a space for parents, teachers, and youth coaches who want to connect better with tweens and teens, especially when things get messy. We focus on communicating better, arguing less, and connecting more.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning what works, naming what doesn’t, and recovering when we say the wrong thing (because we will).
This community exists because when adults grow and work together, the kids win. Here, we share tools, real experiences, practical strategies, and we grow together.
👋 I’m Eric. I'm a father of a two year old boy. I am also a middle school emotional support teacher.
No lectures. No know-it-all energy. Just real adults doing this work together.🤝
