Welcome to a community for adults who want to communicate better, argue less, and connect more. I’m Eric — not a communication master, but a communication leader in my classroom, friendships, and family. Leaders aren’t perfect; they’re self-aware, emotionally regulated, and willing to learn through trial and error.
Here, I share the tools, stories, wins, and mistakes that have shaped my communication. Take what works, discard what doesn’t, and add your own style. I am sharing MY formula and would really like to learn from you as well.
We focus on de-escalating conflict, listening with intention, regulating emotions, and using emotional intelligence in everyday moments. Try to stack the wins, learn from losses, and learn to grow forward quickly. This isn’t a lecture or “know-it-all” space — just real people building better relationships.
