I thought I would introduce myself... Hi, I’m Jess — energy healer, coach, and ICU nurse of 12 years. I live in Sydney Australia but origionally from Montreal, Canada. I used to be the one who gave everything away. Poor boundaries, constant people-pleasing, and a nervous system stuck in overdrive. I followed the “safe” path into nursing, but deep down, I knew there was more. Everything shifted when I chose to trust myself — even before I felt ready.
