Find Your Everest is a process-oriented growth and recovery group designed for individuals seeking deeper self-awareness, resilience, and purpose. Using the metaphor of climbing a mountain, the group explores the internal obstacles that keep us stuck—fear, shame, avoidance, and limiting beliefs—while building the tools needed to move forward with intention.
