Your younger self has some great insight when you revisit them. What conversation are you having? Hopefully there is cheerful yelling like me.

There is always something lurking in the back of my thoughts. I found it frustrating until recently but the duality of me genuinely generally being a chill person, I wouldn't call myself happy but content.
