Hello and welcome to our lovely members who have recently joined our community.
Firstly, Id like to say thank you for joining me on this new path!
Not new in the sense that I've been immersed in all things yoga, cacao, sensuality etc, for the past few years. But new in terms of bringing it all together in this little online sanctuary 💞
You will find all videos and recorded classes in the 'classroom' section above. Any live classes or circles will be scheduled in the 'calender' section, and I will post here letting you know when they will be ✨
So far, I've uploaded a welcome video and agreements for the space, along with a short, simple womb breath practice. So if you feel called, take a look at those. As time goes on there will be more coming 🤗
