Currently transitioning from a space of learning and consuming information, to returning to myself and my own wisdom. It is a beautiful thing to learn and study and gain knowledge and practice. But ultimately, in order to create and share with others, one must come back to themselves. I feel disoriented after a course or training as I'm being told what to say, do, teach etc. That space does not feel authentic to me, and my ability to create becomes depleted. So I must step back, turn inwards, and connect back to my own soul, my womb, my body. My inner knowing. Only from that place of knowing can I really share and show up in the way I feel called to. So as I sit in this space, I ask any of you who are here, please be patient as I take some time to allow this space to develop from inner feelings and true connection. Rather than forcing something just to keep the interest going 🙏🏼 Grá Mór Jess x

Hello and welcome to our lovely members who have recently joined our community. Firstly, Id like to say thank you for joining me on this new path! Not new in the sense that I've been immersed in all things yoga, cacao, sensuality etc, for the past few years. But new in terms of bringing it all together in this little online sanctuary 💞 You will find all videos and recorded classes in the 'classroom' section above. Any live classes or circles will be scheduled in the 'calender' section, and I will post here letting you know when they will be ✨ So far, I've uploaded a welcome video and agreements for the space, along with a short, simple womb breath practice. So if you feel called, take a look at those.
