Change is in the air!
Hi friends! Great things are happening as I’ve been gaining clarity about how I show up in the world as a guide, healer, teacher, and author. I stopped dieting July 1, 2024. When I realized I was afraid of my hunger and ashamed of being hungry, I was able to change those limiting beliefs.
