Passing Feast I and II
So after passing FEAST I and II, you move on to Step 3, which is an “exercise and talk.” Does anyone know what this actually involves? I asked one ACC during the recruitment day, and they said it’s another radar test. But then I spoke to someone who works in the tower, and they told me it has nothing to do with computers. So now I’m a bit confused and wondering, does it vary from person to person? ( I hope this is okay to ask)
Multicontrol
Hi y'all, quick question about the multicontrol test. This is the easy mode This is my result of the skytest as you can see I score relatively high on every aspect but my total result is only 23%... I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here?

📅 My Daily FEAST Preparation Routine
This is the daily structure I followed while preparing for FEAST.The key was consistency and structure, not extreme hours. Total daily training time is about 60 minutes per day (Anything more usually leads to fatigue and diminishing returns) 1️⃣ Warm-up (5–10 minutes) Purpose: wake up attention and speed • 1 short run of a simple task (e.g. assign objects, left/right, scan & compare) • No pressure on score • Just get into “focused mode” and to get used to the exercise again 2️⃣ Main Module Training (25–35 minutes) Purpose: skill development • Focus on one module only!! (the hardest one ideally) • 3–5 repetitions of the same task type 📌 Example: Monday: Assign Objects to Categories Tuesday: Memorise Shapes Wednesday: Scan & Compare Thursday: Estimate Distances Friday: Vigilance / Stay Alert One skill per day. Quick Note: Ofcourse if you are feeling that you can still do more exercises please continue! This is to train your consentration while your fatigue. BUT dont overdue it. It leads to diminishing returns and wont help you develop the skills! If you have any questions please ask them in the Q&A :)
Over ear headphone recommendations?
Do you have recommendations on wired 3.5mm headphones? NAV Canada requires these be supplied by testers and I don't tolerate earbuds well.
