Welcome to Fearless Flow. This is a sanctuary for growth, health and mutual support. To ensure this remains a high-value, safe space for every member, I ask that you honour the following rules: 1. Privacy & Confidentiality (The Vegas Rule) What is shared in Fearless Flow stays in Fearless Flow. Many members will share personal health symptoms and life challenges. Do not share, screenshot, or discuss another member's stories outside of this group unless they have given you permission. 2. Kindness & Empathy Menopause and life transitions can be a vulnerable time. I have a zero tolerance policy for judgment, shaming or "tough love" that isn't requested. Support each other with the same grace you'd want for yourself. 3. No "Medical Prescribing" While I encourage sharing what has worked for you (e.g. "I found cutting out caffeine helped my hot flashes"), please refrain from giving medical orders to other members. Every body is different and everybody's body is different. 4. No unsolicited pitching We are here to grow and support, not to be sold to. Please do not DM members to sell your own products or services. If you have something you think would truly benefit the group, please email me (the admin) first.
