Fathers did you know that you can be successful in family court by representing yourself, and do not need an expensive Solicitor to achieve your goals. Lately the English & Welsh family court has felt like a business, drawing money out of the "cash cows" that are separated fathers.
We are fathers and legal students who believe strongly that children deserve access to both parents. We will help you prepare to represent yourself, guide you through the process and create a strategy. We do this through utilising our experiences and being assisted by mid year and final year law students, all of whom are fathers themselves.
We don't just teach you but offer support every step of your journey, we teach you how to respond to difficult co-parents, how to remain calm and how to present yourself and your paperwork in the best way. We draw upon our experience in court and the legal knowledge we have learnt through our studies.
