At 21, I unexpectedly became head of sales in our family bakery-a male-dominated world where I had to prove myself daily. Despite success, I kept asking: Is this really my life? Constant criticism and even an anonymous complaint to my father pushed me to the edge- had to either break down or change everything.
Through coaching, I discovered more than business skills- I discovered myself. I realized I wasn’t alone: so many women were outwardly successful yet torn inside between expectations and self-fulfillment.
I wanted more than theory - a space that sees women as humans and leaders, connecting life and work for true transformation. Inspired by Gandhi’s words, “Be the change you want to see in the world,” I created Famtasticme -not just a program, but a movement.
A safe space for women ready to invest in themselves -without needing to prove their worth.
