This community gathers to share faith, fitness, and fun. As a 500 hour yoga teacher trained guide, I also offer one meditation, one yoga class video, and at least one devotional per week. Science also has shown that yoga not only strengthens muscles, but helps lessen stress, anxiety, and depression. Prayer and meditation are also proven to have the same results. I have a passion for mixing faith, meditation, and movement. As a member of this group these benefits can be yours as well. Each Monday I post a guided meditation video for Mindfulness Monday. Each Wednesday I post a short 15-20 minute yoga session for you to be able to join in whenever it works for you. (Even if it isn't Wellness Wednesday).
