How to scout effectively: When you join a Skool community, look for: Founder is active but overwhelmed Lots of members but low discussion Good course content but poor organization Few weekly posts Members asking unanswered questions No clear onboarding process Those are signs where your service can help. After you’ve contributed for a while, you can naturally say something like: I’ve been noticing a few ideas that could improve engagement here. Happy to share if it would be useful.
