Fair Path Justice was founded to support individuals navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Family breakdowns and disputes — with or without children involved — impact every aspect of life, from home and finances to work, wellbeing, and relationships.
We recognise that the current system, including family courts, CAFCASS, legal professionals, and McKenzie Friends, often overlooks the human realities of these situations. Mental health, trauma, and the consequences of false accusations are frequently neglected, despite the significant and lasting damage they can cause.
Our mission is to provide a safe, impartial, and non-judgmental space where people can access guidance, resources, and support. Fair Path Justice is committed to helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate a complex and often overwhelming process.
