During WWII, the military wanted to reinforce the armor on planes that returned with bullet holes. A mathematician stopped them. He said: "The planes with holes in critical places... never came back."

We are here to study the planes that didn't come back.

We are a forensic lab for business. We treat failures as data points, not tragedies.
