Favourite workshop ideas for org change to new operating model?
Hey everyone, what's your 'go to' workshops to support change to new operating models and org structures?
In this situation, there are no job losses - it's a strategic repositioning. There's 2-3 months to design and implement a series of facilitated workshops to support the change.
It's somewhat a blank page on what needs to be done from sharing a deeper understanding of this change to roles, responsibilities and reporting arrangements to ways of working amongst all teams and management levels to new process design.
