Tips to surprise workshop participants
Hey folks,
After 3 years, finally leading the 2 days Design Thinking - Train the Trainer Workshop with 20 participants from my organization.
This is planned at external venue where they will be away from their work (hardly any distraction 😜) and fully able to focus on this exclusive workshop.
As this is happening after a long time physically, so was looking out for some ideas/tips 💡 on How to surprise the participants or provide something unique experience which will be memorable for them 😊
Has anyone tried anything differently apart from doing icebreakers exercises ?
