Standard meetings as workshops
Hello everyone!
I have one topic to discuss. Have you ever transformed a standard meeting into a workshop? How did you do that? For example, there are weekly meetings for a project, backlog refinements, design review meetings, etc. Do you have any experience transforming these, sometimes tedious meetings, into productive workshops? How did you do that or how would you do it?
