Process Improvement Workshops
What’s your best advice for tools, techniques and sessions to run for a process improvement workshop? My colleague and I have a half day workshop coming up for around 10 people, all from the same team, all looking to walk away with an agreed process, built from pieces of their individual knowledge and experience.
We have some work to do to set expectations that we may not reach an agreed version, that’s manageable, but how do we best formulate a workshop to facilitate process improvement?
