I'm looking for some guidance on running problem framing exercise for senior leaders in my organization who are key stakeholders to deliver projects to one of our esteemed client.
The ask:
- To decide exciting challenge themes for joint hackathon / innovation challenge
- To gather respective pain areas from their everyday project deliverables (Telco Domain),
- To align everyone and prioritize top problem areas
- Simple template/framework needed as most of these leaders are unaware of innovation tools/practices
Let me know how you might have run this in 60 mins along with process/tool
PS: I'm aware of Design Thinking approach but in this scenario considering tech challenge looking for some other approaches.
