My wee introduction
Hi everyone! I'm Alex, I'm originally from Latin America but I live in The Netherlands and work as a Service Designer. I'm currently taking the Facilitation Fundamentals Course (had to take that deal!) because I want to be better at engaging with stakeholders, help them reach consensus on services and other issues and add value to the company I work for by leading productive meetings.
Very excited to be here and learn from you all! PS: I'm a huge fan of GIFs
