Hey fellow Facilitatresses and Facilitators, I am having a Leadership workshop soon with an international aviation team (I add that because that's a very delicate and sweet industry, full of volatilities and parameters).

I am looking for some remarkable frameworks and exercises to explore and even enhance in the long run the effectiveness of the team's ambitions (loads of sales stuff, where the local market often needs to battle with the orders from the mothership).
