MeetUp: How to handle "the workshop disruptors" aka "crowd control in workshops"

Hi All!!

Art of Facilitation update: I would like to try to get the first "Art of Facilitation" MeetUp scheduled since several people have registered interest. Please read the description below and if you like the sound of this, let me know your e mail and I will send you an invite!

***You get all kinds of people in workshops. And most of them play along nicely together. But one or two are there to disrupt or even boycott all your hard work and preparation (how dare they!). In our facilitation journey, we will likely meet the cynic, the interrupter, the showoff, the "I have done all of this before" person, the obstructer, the multi-tasker and the underminer....to name but a few!

In this meetup, we will gather to identify the different personalities at workshops, review the challenges they present and share our experiences for how to handle these situations with grace***
