How to practice inclusive facilitation is not easy eg. avoiding unconscious bias, ensuring everyone is heard, « prioritizing the learning of the group over the desire to make a point” etc. Being engaged to contribute to more inclusive work environments, I’m keen to know everything about inclusive workshop and facilitation formats, constantly evolving my skills.
