Hello facilitators! I'm looking for recommendations on improving speaking and communication skills, which I believe are essential to any job and especially to facilitation.
In particular, I'm interested in learning:
- How to make interventions concise and clear
- How to engage the audience and make a lasting impression
- How to discern the appropriate timing for interventions
particularly in meeting/workshop settings.
