👋 Hello from NY!

I'm excited to be here with y'all. I was a casualty of the recent layoffs at Yahoo, and I've spent the past 3 weeks putting some of the pieces back together...(sigh) it's a process. Finding this community has been an absolute bright spot for me! It feels SO good to be surrounded by like-minded people who are passionate and creative (remote work has me isolated like 😩).

Back in 2018, I attended a full-day Sprint workshop hosted by Jake Knapp in Brooklyn, and realized quickly that there are near-infinite possibilities as a facilitator for solving problems, tailored to a specific goal. I've made it a focus in my career ever since, introducing so many of these frameworks to my teams over the past few years, to great success. I'm looking forward to learning from you all and adding as much value as I possibly can from my past experiences, and future discoveries. Cheers!
