Hello from North Carolina!
Like all the most interesting things in my life, I have stumbled on Facilitation! I have been a designer/educator for most of my career, so I suppose it's not that much of a leap, but I am always pleasantly surprised (and a bit dumbfounded!) when I discover that the things I love to do most have titles and potential jobs attached! I am currently wrapping up a 9-month coaching program, and while it has been a tremendous learning experience, I have come to realize I love the energy of group dynamics even more. Enter... facilitation. Looking forward to learning more about it and discovering the possible on ramps!
