Hello and "schönen Abend" from Germany🥨

I just finished the course and love the simplicity of the framework while opening up so many possibilities leading to a concrete solution🤯 Right now, I'm working in accounting at an HR tech startup. Before that, I looked into marketing and recruiting as a working student. But I'm actually a cultural anthropologist and museologist 😅

I love the remote deep work alone with my numbers and invoices, but have realized in a career coaching: What's missing in my life is a community of inspiring people to share ideas and experiences about something we get excited about. I just joined today, but to me the vibes here seem totally inspiring and respectful & facilitation seems to be the master solution to the problems of teams in the 21st century. So: I am happy to be here & happy to connect! I already have the feeling that facilitation is my next thing to do 🤔🚀
