I’m looking to bring on a Media Buyer who also edits and tests short-form video ads for local lead gen campaigns (mostly roofing).
Not looking for a strategist — we already have a proven funnel, offer, and winning ads. Just need someone to come in, replicate what’s working, and launch variations to scale performance — with a heavy focus on short-form creative.
Ideal fit:
- Has run FB/IG lead gen ads (knows how to drive down CPL without sacrificing quality)
- Comfortable editing short-form content (CapCut, Premiere, Reels-style)
- Knows how to test hooks, angles, visuals — and let performance data guide decisions
- Can ship new variations weekly
- Bonus if they’ve worked with local offers (roofing, HVAC, solar, etc.)
They’d be responsible for:
- Building and split-testing new ad creatives
- Editing UGC-based short-form videos
- Launching + managing ads in FB Ads Manager (we use GHL + Events Manager)
- Collaborating with our internal team to improve results based on data
Structure:
- Project-based to start (1–2 accounts), with potential to scale up
- Funnels + strategy are already dialed in — we just need execution
- Fast feedback loops, no fluff, results-focused
