We are making massive headway on the roadster chassis. It’s constructed of 0.120” and 0.090” 4130 chromoly tubing. It was all manufactured with a combination of roll and mandrel bending. Certainly a challenging and fun project. Please ask questions :

We have began rolling, bending, and welding tubes on the Martin Indy Roadster Project. The frame will be constructed entirely out of tube chromoly 4130. It was initially cad modeled and now we are translating that into existence. Sometimes that means making adjustments to the chassis in real life while updating your cad models. There are times you just don’t “see it” until you’re doing it away from the screen. A lot of updates coming soon..

A resonance chamber is designed to reduce sound decibel of the exhaust. They are a hollow chamber with small holes drilled into the header allowing sound pulses to bounce in and out.
