Welcome to Get Creative! ~ this is a cozy creative community where I take the guesswork out of living a more creative life.
You don't have to be anything but curious, ready to explore, create, and share.
No secrets. No gatekeeping. Just step-by-step help, resources & a community creating together.
🌱 All new members get a live chat with me about their goals and how I can help.
📝 In the chat, you'll get
- ideas to explore
- to ask questions of me and the others
- discover creativity hacks
- try a range of writing prompts and tips
- see videos about all things creative
- and be on the new podcast!
We are all here to help inspire each other.
🌿 Optional Zoom calls to check in with each other over coffee.
🎨 Learn at your own pace with the Classroom & Library.
A little about me: I'm the author of 15+ books, a creative writing professor, editor, publisher, and working artist. I've spent decades living a creative life, trying a bit of everything from welding to acting, photography to painting.
