🚀 How to Get Your First 1,000 Views on YouTube (for Realtors)
Most agents post great videos... but get stuck at 100 views.
It’s not because their content is bad, it’s because no one knows it exists.
YouTube is a search engine first.
Once you understand how it recommends videos, growth becomes predictable.
Here’s the 3-part system we use to help real estate agents grow fast 👇
📈 1. Optimize Your Titles & Thumbnails
  • 90% of your video’s success comes from these two things.
  • Write titles that spark curiosity + include your target city (e.g., “Don’t Move to [City] Until You See This...”).
  • Design thumbnails with emotion, contrast, and curiosity, rather than relying on text overload.
🔍 2. Use YouTube SEO the Right Way
  • Add your city + topic in the title, description, and tags.
  • Example: “Buying a home in Austin” or “Austin real estate market update.”
  • Say your target keyword naturally in your video (YouTube auto-transcribes and ranks based on this).
  • Add chapters and pinned comments to improve watch time.
💬 3. Engage in the First 24 Hours
  • Reply to every comment quickly.
  • Share your video in local Facebook groups or communities.
  • Encourage viewers to watch another video, “If you’re moving to [City], check out my neighborhood tour next.”
🎯 Bonus Tip:
Watch your Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Average View Duration (AVD) inside YouTube Analytics.
If CTR is low → improve your thumbnail/title.
If AVD drops early → fix your intro.
