Founded by Chief Chanel, this community provides encouragement, leadership development, wellness resources, and meaningful connections with women who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of serving behind the badge. Together, we learn, grow, and support one another as we lead with confidence, courage, and purpose.
Membership is reserved for current and former law enforcement professionals. Members who do not meet eligibility requirements may be removed without refund.
