HELP Anyone else getting the evyAI Icon again in the Comment window?

I've deleted the old versions/extensions of evyAI from my Chrome Browser extensions, but all of a sudden today it's reappeared and I don't even have the old Version.

To try and trouble shoot, I deleted the only evyAI extension I could see in my Manage Extensions portion of Google Chrome and reinstalled it after first trying to upgrade to the latest version.

Is anyone else having this issue, and can support please help out. I'm going to send this same note to support at both ajax union and also to support@evyAI.com and see if that helps.
