Are you collaborating with a Loan Officer? If not:
- Could you share your last four weeks' pay stubs? 😊
- Do you have your W-2 forms and tax returns ready? 📄
- Also, please provide two months of bank statements showing the required down payment and closing costs. 💰
- Finally, could you share your current credit score? 📊
Asking these and other basic questions and collecting these documents can significantly increase your earnings. On a $500,000 loan, you'll earn approximate $2,500.00 (for collecting documents).
