One of my favourite “there’s not much in the fridge” meals.
These work with:
• leftover roast veg
• cheese
• herbs
• eggs
• berries
• yoghurt + honey
• random half-used ingredients needing a purpose
Sweet or savoury, they somehow make leftovers feel intentional instead of chaotic.
Also very caravan/off-grid friendly because the batter itself is so simple.
Honestly, this is the kind of meal that saves us on busy weeks.
