How can I help?
What is something you would like help with, or to know more about, related to stepping back into life? I’m wanting to look more in depth into some things, and would love to know what would be useful for you all :D
The 5 Second Reset
Throughout my day, I often feel stressed. I'm walking to and from places, and hardly know where I am I'm so caught up in my thoughts. But sometimes I'll realize, and pause. I stand still for about 5-10 seconds, breathe, and notice. I listen, observe, and feel. Basically run through the senses and take a moment with them. I've found that when I move on after this, I am more focused and energized than I was before. Today, if you find yourself rushing, I want you to try the 5 second reset for yourself, and I'd love to hear how your body and mind respond to it :D

Stepping back, moving forward
After the craziness that brought about my last post, I needed a bit of a breather. I had to step back. But still, moved forward. I will be starting a new job, and stepping away from my windowless lab and cubicle quite soon. I am very thankful for this opportunity, and super excited to see where it leads. What has been a point in your life where stepping back and looking at the big picture has helped you move forward?

BOZE (Part 2) Coming to the end of a life changing weekend.
Last Friday I met with Chris Lang about possibly working together. 6 Days later, I have a flight booked to Bozeman, MT to work with him, Shared Sweeps, and Isaac Nunez. Captured unbelievable moments. Met incredible and inspiring people. Witnessed a wonderful life changed from winning the Shared Sweeps $100,000 giveaway. Had amazing conversations. Here's some of my takeaways from the weekend. - First and foremost -- God has a plan. Take the leap, and trust Him to catch you. - Be yourself. Eric Autry was amazing at this. He showed me that if you lay all your cards on the table, people will appreciate you for it. Certainly, some might hate you for it, and some will love you for it. But it's what you have to do if you want to make anything sustainable. - Life is short. If you're an arms length from rock bottom, but the positive possibilities are endless, take the risk. At best, dreams come true. At worst, you get one step closer. - Build the straw house first. Once you've done that, then you can go through and put out fires, bring in the supports, and make it storm proof. Thanks Eric Nelson! - No matter how good you are, things take time. Be patient, keep going. If you don't give up, you're on the way. - You never know which message is going to be the one that changes things. Truly, the worst someone can say is no. But the best? The possibilities are endless. P.S. Wish I could've posted more during the trip but it was all over the place! I'll definitely be filling in some of the gaps over the next few days. Appreciate you guys!

BOZE (Part 1) Most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done
Yesterday 11:11 am: “Do you know any videographers” Today 2:30 am: Alarm goes off to head to the airport. In less than 5 hours I went from having maybe met this guy one time in person at church, to him inviting me to help him out with a shoot in Bozeman, MT. (Don’t worry, I’m not doing the videography 😅) I’ve been praying a lot about my wife and I’s future, and I think God is answering. I’ll post updates to check in with how it’s going! It’s just for the weekend, but I think it might just have the possibility to change the course of my life. Hope that doesn’t sound dramatic. I’ve never done anything like this. P.S. God is good :D
