I help people navigate recovery, burnout, stress, and life transition through practical behavioral change, nervous-system awareness, and relationship-centered support. My background includes more than three decades in healthcare, leadership, teaching, and behavioral support, alongside lived recovery experience and ongoing training in recovery coaching, crisis response, intervention work, and clinical hypnotherapy. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for more than 25 years, including more than a decade in anesthesia leadership and previous experience building and operating an interventional pain practice, I developed skills that continue to shape my work today: calm decision-making under pressure, crisis management, careful listening, situational awareness, emotional steadiness, and the ability to guide people safely through fear, uncertainty, and significant life challenges. I believe meaningful change is built through clarity, accountability, emotional regulation, and sustainable systems rather than shame or perfectionism. Outside traditional healthcare, my experiences as a private pilot and technical scuba diver have reinforced values that also shape my work: preparation, situational awareness, calm decision-making, and respect for both human vulnerability and human resilience. Founder of Eveningstar Wellness & Recovery, LLC, a secular, premium coaching and wellness practice focused on helping people build healthier, more stable, and more intentional lives. Build a life you don't want to escape from.
